Why Is a Football Match Missing From My Prediction Software?
Quick Answer
Missing a football fixture in your prediction software? Check dates, team categories, filters, updates and coverage before contacting support or buying.

A fixture can appear on an official schedule without appearing in your prediction software. First check the selected date, team category, filters and latest successful update. If it still does not appear, ask whether that specific competition and fixture are supported. Do not substitute a forecast from a different match.
This is a useful check during the international window: UEFA lists Nations League Matchday 4 for 4–6 October 2026. Its schedule confirms when matches are arranged, not which fixtures a commercial software product covers. Source: UEFA competition guide.
Check the fixture before changing the software
Start with the official competition schedule and write down both teams, the competition, date and kick-off time. Confirm whether the listing concerns senior, youth or women's teams. Similar country names do not make those fixtures interchangeable.
Then compare that identity with the software's selected date and displayed team order. Search using a shortened team name if the interface allows it, but confirm the full fixture before interpreting any output.
Four checks to make first
| Check | What to look for | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Date and time | Selected day and displayed time zone | Whether you are viewing the intended date |
| Filters | Active league, country or market filters | Whether a selection is hiding fixtures |
| Update status | Last successful refresh or visible error | Whether new data have actually loaded |
| Coverage | Product-specific competition information | Whether this fixture is supported |
These are possible explanations, not a diagnosis of a particular product fault. Avoid repeated reinstallations or changing spreadsheet settings before establishing what is missing. Follow the product's own update instructions; an interface refresh is not proof of a successful data update.
Why the team category matters

Original owner-supplied screenshot already used in the international correct-score article. It demonstrates explicit U20 labels; it is not a current Nations League forecast or evidence of a missing-fixture fault.
The full team labels in this example identify youth sides. A senior England fixture must not be matched to this saved screen simply because the country name is the same. The original screenshot case study also explains what the images cannot establish about fixture dates and forecast timing.
Send support a useful question
A precise request is easier to investigate than “the games are missing.” Include the product name and version if visible, exact fixture and competition, selected date, last successful update and a screenshot of the relevant screen. Describe any error exactly as shown. Keep account credentials, payment details and licence keys out of public screenshots.
Ask: “Is this fixture covered by my product, and is there a confirmed data update issue?” Do not assume that a missing match means a licence has expired or that an additional purchase will add it.
Check coverage before buying a tool
The software guide helps compare workflows and markets. For example, Correct Score Football Software describes ranked score scenarios, while Live Goals Football Predictions PRO describes analysis during matches. Neither description alone establishes coverage of every league or international fixture.
The free website predictions are a separate model and listing. A match appearing there does not establish that it is available in a paid workbook, or vice versa.
Before purchasing for a particular competition, ask support about coverage. Give the exact product and competition so the answer addresses your intended use.
18+ only. Predictions are estimates, not guaranteed results. No software guarantees profit; only gamble what you can afford to lose.
