Refund Policy

Digital products

Everything we sell is a digital product — prediction software and memberships that are delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase. Because of this, our refund terms are different from those for physical goods.

Immediate access

When you buy, you get instant access to your product. By completing your purchase you agree to this immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once you have downloaded or accessed the product, you lose the standard 14-day right to cancel that applies to some digital purchases under UK consumer law.

If something goes wrong

We want you to be able to use what you've paid for. If your product won't download, install or run, contact us at info.ai.football@gmail.com within 14 daysof your purchase and we'll help you get it working. If we can't resolve a genuine technical fault that prevents you from using the product, we'll offer a refund.

What isn't covered

Refunds are not available for:

• Betting or gambling losses. Our products provide statistical predictions, not guaranteed results, and any staking decisions are your own.
• Change of mind after you've downloaded or accessed the product.
• A product not meeting an expectation it was never claimed to meet (please read each product's description before buying).
• Not having a compatible device — our software requires Windows with Microsoft Excel.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer where they apply.

How to request a refund

Email info.ai.football@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. For anything else, see our Terms & Conditions.
