Digital products and delivery

We sell digital prediction software and access services. Delivery and activation depend on the product. Downloadable software is delivered electronically. Telegram access requires manual approval after payment; receiving or downloading its instruction image does not itself activate the service.

No discretionary refunds after download or access

We do not offer discretionary or change-of-mind refunds once software has been downloaded or digital access has begun. We do not offer a general 14-day money-back guarantee. This policy does not exclude refunds, cancellation rights or other remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Support to help you get started

If your software will not download, install or run, or you need help activating your access, contact info.ai.football@gmail.com. Include your order number, product name, device and a description or screenshot of the problem. Never send passwords or Telegram login codes.

We will help you troubleshoot and take appropriate steps to get the product working. Check the individual product page for compatibility requirements: Excel software and Telegram access have different requirements. Support is not a guarantee of prediction accuracy or betting results.

Cancellation and statutory rights

Where a statutory cancellation period applies, starting a digital download does not by itself remove your rights. Loss of the cancellation right for immediately supplied digital content depends on the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Simply completing a purchase is not a substitute for those requirements.

Access services, including Telegram memberships, may have different cancellation rules from software downloads. If you wish to cancel before download or activation, contact us so we can assess your request under the applicable rules. Downloading an instruction guide is not treated as proof that you have used the Telegram service.

If digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as required by law. Our support process does not limit these rights or impose a 14-day deadline on statutory claims.

Predictions and expectations

Predictions are estimates, not guaranteed outcomes. We do not reimburse betting or gambling losses. Dissatisfaction with a match result does not create a discretionary refund entitlement. This does not affect your rights if the product itself is faulty or misdescribed.
